Both perks buff every Kirko unit for additional damage and defense respectively as long as they have Swarm Shield active (which should, given all the Kirko units that have this trait, be all the time). All Factions in Age of Wonders: Planetfall, Terraform forests and manipulate wildlife, Increased economy and combat capability in forests, Reassemble fallen units, bringing them back to life, Gather extra resources from battlefield victories, Racial Ability - Natural resistance to Arc damage, Powerful area of effect and medium-range attacks, Terraforming options to destroy and creative mountains, Racial Structure - Ignore happiness penalties from Volcanic, Biological units with good melee capability, Racial Abilities - Swarm Shields and faster Regeneration, Indentured slave units ignore morale penalties, Excellent stealth capabilities and covert operations, Powerful ranged units, weak melee capability, Form Connections to buff individual units, Seek to build a large peer-to-peer network of autonomous entities, Seeks to gather nutrients and launch a seed pod into space, Seek to regain the privileges of their old lives, Bonds with creatures to make them vulnerable for attack, Seek to grow the Psi-Fish Shaol by capturing and feeding on other creatures, Biochemical, Kinetic, and Psionic damage types, Suffer from various psychological disorders. They use the Firearms and Laser weapons groups. Many of their abilities align with the traditional rogue class, dealing high damage and being able to quickly get away from dangerous situations.
A commander skill, Parasitic Spray, also inflicts the Parasitic Infection debuff via AoE, but this would be overkill already given the tech and mod choices below. Their weapon technologies revolve primarily around the Biochemical and Laser damage channels.
They are also ones who will first strive for diplomacy when others wouldnt. Not as strong a synergy as Dvar Voidtech but still quite some fun. (Update: April 26th 2021) New NPC guide has gone live!. Other guides covering Exploitations on the Steam forums are outdated.
